Sales
Signal
Know what’s happening at your target accounts before you pick up the phone.
Account-based sales intelligence — financial services first, with brief generation also supporting SMB and corporate segments.
- →Detection layer covering 16,876 SEC-registered firms, 7 signal detectors (D1–D7) — AUM shifts, registration changes, personnel moves, technology hiring
- →Daily signal digest across your named roster
- →20 on-demand 8-section Prospect Briefs per month (a usage guideline, not a hard cap)
- →Delivered via email or Telegram
Your best prospects send signals before they buy — a new SEC filing, an AUM jump, a key hire, a new service line. Most sales teams miss them and then walk into calls cold. Sales Signal watches your target accounts continuously, flags the moments that matter, and turns each one into an on-demand, source-cited prospect brief and a ready-to-review, signal-specific outreach draft — so every conversation starts warm and informed. Built on the Westridge agentic platform and grounded in real regulatory data, not guesswork.
Six moments, from
“does this fit my market” to “who do I call next.”
For technical evaluators:
what’s real, what’s automated, and exactly where AI makes a decision.
Sales Signal runs on two distinct data layers. The first is a live, monthly-refreshed universe of every SEC-registered advisory firm — sourced directly from the SEC’s own public Form ADV filings, not scraped or third-party licensed. The second is your own roster: the specific accounts you’ve chosen to track, cross-referenced against that universe. Your roster is small and yours; the universe underneath it is large, shared, and kept current automatically.
The firm universe is rebuilt monthly by an automated data pipeline — download the SEC’s published dataset, parse it, update our records. No AI is involved in this step. It’s the same category of deterministic data infrastructure a bank’s data-operations team would run, not a judgment call an agent is making.
Of the full detection-to-outreach pipeline, only three steps involve a language model at all: confirming a detected signal is genuinely relevant before it reaches you, writing the pre-call brief itself, and drafting outreach language for your review. Everything else — data ingestion, account lookups, signal scoring, delivery, and the approval and cooldown logic that gates every outreach send — is deterministic code, not AI. We built it this way deliberately: AI should make judgment calls where judgment is genuinely required, and nowhere else.
A lightweight, fast model handles classification and relevance-confirmation — deciding whether a detected event clears the bar to reach you — and also generates the brief itself, grounded in your account’s own regulatory data. A separate model is reserved specifically for the outreach-drafting step: the one piece of AI-generated content that goes out in your voice, under your name, to a real prospect. That split is deliberate — routine judgment gates and structured research run on one model; the step closest to an actual send gets a dedicated pass of its own.
Every 8-section brief closes by naming the one offering from your own catalog that fits the account best, and every SignalPlus card is generated in service of that same fit — never a generic pitch, and never pointed at anything but your own product line. The two get there differently. Inside the brief, it’s the brief-writing model’s own judgment: it reasons over the account’s regulatory data and signal history and names the best-fit offering from your catalog as part of writing the brief, the same way it writes every other section. Inside SignalPlus, it’s a separate, deterministic step: the account and today’s detected signal are matched by vector similarity against your own embedded offering catalog — the same catalog AI Edge uses — with a fixed relevance threshold deciding whether a match counts at all, before a lightweight model writes the one-line reason it’s worth a glance.
LangGraph-based multi-step orchestration · a tiered large-language-model architecture matched to each task · Supabase for account and signal data · Pinecone vector search for SignalPlus’s match against your own offering catalog · SEC Form ADV as the primary regulatory data source.
Sales Signal is proven today on the SEC-registered RIA and wealth-management universe. Extending the same architecture to a different industry or a different data source is a real, scoped engineering effort — not a configuration change — and is available as a Custom Engagement (see pricing below), not a standing claim about every vertical we could theoretically support.
Seven detectors watch each target account for buying signals — regulatory filings, AUM changes, new service lines, key hires, and more — passed through a three-layer false-positive filter so you get the events that matter, not noise. New signals arrive in a daily digest over email and Telegram, with urgent hits pushed the moment they’re detected.
A live regulatory data layer covering 16,876 SEC-registered advisory firms — reported AUM, client counts, fee structure, custody arrangements, and disciplinary history — refreshed monthly from the SEC bulk dataset. Every brief is grounded in real filing data, not estimates.
Generate a pre-call research brief for any firm in seconds. Each segment runs its own 8-section template — RIAs get a Form ADV-grounded Regulatory Profile, corporate accounts get Procurement & Decision-Making instead — and every brief closes with the specific offering from your own catalog it maps to.
Each brief can produce a signal-specific outreach email in your firm’s voice — concise, peer-to-peer, referencing the exact finding that prompted the touch. A revision loop refines tone on demand. Drafts land in Gmail for review — nothing sends without you.
A web workspace to manage your target roster: request briefs on demand, edit sales stage inline, pause or resume tracking, and filter stale accounts. Your pipeline and its full signal history in one place.
Every outreach is human-approved before it sends — no autonomous messaging, ever. A 30-day cooldown blocks re-approving outreach to the same firm, and every approve, discard, and block is written to an audit trail. Briefs cite their sources and abstain when the data is thin rather than inventing it. A compliance-grade posture built for regulated verticals.
- →A tracked RIA files an ADV amendment showing AUM up 40% — Sales Signal flags it, you generate a brief in seconds, and review a draft that references the growth before a competitor notices
- →A new advisory firm registers with the SEC in your target segment — it surfaces in the daily new-registrations feed, ready for a first-touch brief and outreach
- →Before a discovery call, pull an 8-section brief — regulatory profile, key people, likely pain points, and three talking points — and walk in prepared in five minutes instead of an hour
- →A key-hire signal lands on a tracked account — generate outreach that ties the hire to your value, written in your firm’s voice and held for your approval
- →Triage the week: edit pipeline stages, pause dormant accounts, and work the highest-strength signals first — all from one workspace
Sales teams selling into financial services — RIAs, wealth and asset managers, and the firms that serve them — where regulatory filings and firm-level events are genuine buying signals, and where a well-researched, well-timed first touch wins the deal. Brief generation also supports SMB and corporate segments.
- —A customer-facing chat widget, voice agent, or SMS bot — Sales Signal is a sales-team intelligence tool, not an inbound deflection product
- —Autonomous outreach — every email is drafted for human review and approval before sending. By design, permanently
- —Non-US / non-SEC regulatory coverage — the ADV data layer covers US SEC-registered advisers today; other markets are on the roadmap

Two kinds of intelligence, joined for the accounts that matter most.
Sales Signal already tells you when something changes at an account on your list. Separately, AI Edge reads the market every day to spot which of your own offerings are relevant right now. SignalPlus puts both together for the accounts you flag highest-priority. Each Plus account gets its own news feed and a daily relevance pass over every item. That’s far deeper work per account than roster-wide tracking, which is why Plus is sold in blocks of 15 rather than 50. One card, per account, per day: this account is a fit, and something just changed there.
Pulls the same account-level detection your Sales Signal subscription already runs.
A confidence-gated relevance check, then a match against your own offering catalog — re-pointed at that specific account, not a keyword scan.
Delivered daily, only for the accounts you’ve flagged as top priority. Skips a day rather than manufacturing a false signal.
- ✓Added to an active Sales Signal subscription — SignalPlus builds on the detection layer Sales Signal runs
- ✓Blocks of 15, not 50: each Plus account gets its own news feed and a daily per-article relevance pass, so the analysis per account is far deeper
- ✓$1,000 one-time onboarding when added later, because it’s a second setup. Waived if you start with both
- ✓Annual: $4,990/yr per 15 Plus accounts — two months free
- ✓Applies across verticals — per-account news and web everywhere, EDGAR for public companies, Form ADV for RIAs
Need it shaped
around your operation?
Every engagement can also be built to your own scope. We start from the same core platform and add the custom features defined during discovery and agreed with you before any work begins — so you get what your environment actually needs, on the same terms as the packaged build.
Custom engagements start at $10,000. The final price is agreed against the defined output before any work begins.
We map your environment, data and constraints before anything is quoted — no commitment to begin.
The scope is written down and the price agreed before work starts. Never an open-ended hourly engagement.
Custom work extends the same production platform behind the packaged build — not a bespoke rewrite.
Fixed price, fixed scope, a human gate on every write, and you own all configs, prompts and workflows.
