Buying signals for the accounts
you most want to win.
Every day, SignalPlus reads the news on each of your top accounts, throws out the noise and tells you which of your offerings each real change points to. One card per account, and only when there's something worth acting on.
Your biggest deals depend on timing.
The news that sets the timing is easy to miss.
A handful of accounts usually decide your year. When one of them opens an office, hires a new executive or buys a competitor, a window opens. Most teams find out late, or not at all, because nobody has time to read every article about every key account and work out what it means for the deal.
What your team sees
each morning.
A sample card for a fictional company, written for a seller of compliance and onboarding services. Illustrative content, not a real event.
Thirteen other Plus accounts had no real signal that day, so they got no card. That's by design.
Four steps, every morning,
for every Plus account.
SignalPlus brings together two systems that already run every day. Sales Signal spots changes at the accounts on your list. The matching engine behind AI Edge connects news to your catalog. SignalPlus points both at the accounts you care about most.
Each Plus account gets its own news feed, pulled every day from the past week of coverage. Stock-ticker chatter is screened out before anything is read in depth.
Every article faces two questions. Is it really about this company, not a namesake? Is it a business change someone could act on? If either answer is no, it’s dropped.
What survives is matched against your own catalog of offerings. When the link to an offering is a stretch, SignalPlus says nothing rather than force a fit.
The news is joined with the signals Sales Signal has already detected for the same account, so each card is one complete picture. Cards are ranked by priority.
Sources depend on the account. News and web coverage apply to every company, SEC EDGAR filings to public companies and Form ADV to registered investment advisers. It works in any industry, not just financial services.
Better-timed conversations
with the accounts that matter.
Every card gives your rep something specific to say: what changed, and why it matters to the account. That makes for a far better opening than “just checking in.”
A new office, a new executive or an acquisition starts a buying window. Hear about it the next morning, not at the next quarterly review.
Your reps stop combing the news for each key account. The reading, filtering and matching are done before they start the day.
Quiet days mean nothing happened. Because SignalPlus holds back instead of padding, a card that does arrive is worth reading.
Wide coverage, then depth
where it counts.
Most teams run Sales Signal across their whole target list and add SignalPlus for the 15 accounts they're working hardest.
| Sales Signal | SignalPlus | |
|---|---|---|
| Accounts covered | A broad target list, in blocks of 50 | Your top-priority accounts, in blocks of 15 |
| What it watches | Seven detectors: filings, key hires, new service lines and more | Everything Sales Signal sees, plus each account’s own news coverage, checked article by article |
| What you get | Signal alerts, prospect briefs and outreach drafts | One daily card per account that links what changed to a specific offering of yours |
| On a quiet day | No alert | No card. It holds back rather than pad the feed |
| Best for | Finding who to approach next | Timing and framing the next conversation with an account you’re already working |
- ✓Added to an active Sales Signal subscription, because SignalPlus builds on the detection Sales Signal runs
- ✓Sold in blocks of 15, not 50: each Plus account gets its own news feed and a daily check on every article, so the work per account is much deeper
- ✓$1,000 one-time onboarding when added later, because it’s a second setup. Waived if you start with both
- ✓Annual: $4,990/yr per 15 Plus accounts — two months free
Common questions
about SignalPlus.
How is SignalPlus different from Sales Signal?
Sales Signal watches a broad list of accounts — up to 50 per subscription block — for specific changes like filings, key hires and new service lines. SignalPlus goes deeper on a short list of 15. It also reads each account’s own news coverage, checks every article and explains which of your offerings it points to. Sales Signal tells you something changed. SignalPlus tells you why it matters to what you sell.
How is this different from intent data?
Intent data estimates which companies are researching a topic, usually from anonymous web browsing. SignalPlus works from public, named events at accounts you’ve chosen: a new office, a leadership change, an acquisition. Every card links to its source, so your rep can see exactly what happened before picking up the phone.
What counts as a real signal?
A change at the account that a salesperson could act on: hiring, a leadership change, a merger or acquisition, new funding, a new service line, an expansion, a regulatory event, a technology announcement or a new partnership. Stock-price chatter, analyst notes and general industry news are filtered out.
What if an account shares its name with another company?
It happens more than you’d think. During setup we add details that set the account apart, such as its headquarters city or web domain. Every article is then checked against that profile, and anything about a namesake is discarded. When it’s unclear, the article is left out.
Which accounts should be Plus accounts?
The ones where missing a single development would cost you: accounts you’re actively trying to win, or accounts already in a sales conversation. We help you pick them on the scoping call.
Does SignalPlus contact anyone on my behalf?
No. SignalPlus delivers cards to your team and nothing else. What to do with a card is your rep’s call. If you use Sales Signal’s outreach drafts, every message still needs your approval before it’s sent.
